This is a family run, huge company, that has gotten well beyond the family's ability to manage. People are treated poorly, as property, not as valued members of a productive team. International investments have caused this company to stretch beyond the original values that made it great, and a one-size-fits-all approach has destroyed the culture resulting in extremely high employee turnover, for good reasons, you'd be best to avoid, unless you are actually a member of the family.
