Pros

There are some good people who work for this company. Boise is a nice place.

Cons

Extremely incompetent and dishonest middle management. I was treated poorly by both management and HR. There is a corporate culture that exists in this company that serves both to protect entrenched employees and mistreat new ones. Advancement is more of a popularity contest than a meritocracy. While I was there I saw at least two unqualified people get hired due to their family connections.

Has potential to be amazing and there are pockets of success and integrity

Cons

Depending on area of the company, ethics may be questionable. They are more concerned with a profit than producing accurate data and results. Management doesn't follow through on career opportunities and hires and lays off without thinking of impact on the individual.

Pros

The pay was great for a temporary position. Free coffee in the breakrooms. Going home at the end of the day was nice.

Cons

Was not given specific job duties. It's hard to know what you are suppose to be doing when they don't tell you exactly what they want done. There are a lot of assumptions being done through management and will get rid of people on made up reasons.
