      Can't think of anything good to say.

      Cons

      1950s style leadership, top down, command and control. Senior leaders are looking for followers. JR would roll over in his grave if he saw how people are treated. Happy to be gone from the company. The only people who stay are those who don't have a choice.

      Pros

      The clear communication of objectives and goals makes for easier achievement of targets. Good benefits and strong client focused culture. Field sales people are good to work. Some of the products have a clear competitive advantage.

      Cons

      Poor management response to ideas and suggestions. Not enough support provided for the effective execution of required tasks. Poor training provided for systems, procedures and applications.

      Well established company in a stable industry. Family owned. Results oriented. Has a dedicated mission to grow strategically.. Is vertically and horizontally integrated which lessens vulnerability to market and supply fluctuations.

      Cons

      Senior management is somewhat out of touch with the people in the field. Communication is limited and when provided is often abstract. No clear succession planning. Too often people are hired from outside the company instead of promoting from within.
