Pros

Stable company in downtown Boise and they pay for parking.

Cons

Recently enacted very restrictive policies that are not applicable to all employees, especially management, very old ways that they try to justify as traditional, but are truly obsolete. EPMO situation is pretty bad, with employee turnover much quicker than can be back filled. Avoid is you're smart.

Simple tasks, market rate pay, average benefits.

Cons

Really bad management, trust in employees is lacking, over-control of employees, little to no transparency, poor culture, archaic technology and practices. Managers completely lack technical competence, good old boy network prevails.

Cons

Old way with much resistance to more modern practices, they expect quick results with antiquated tools, very low skilled leaders who are very much stuck in moth-balled infrastructure. Poor leadership and HR practices.
