      Pros

      Nice downtown Boise location and free parking.

      Cons

      Very poor work/life balance, Very old school managers who are far behind on skills as compared to competitors, deep lack of respect for employees, unfair practices against employees, HR is beyond bad.

      Pros

      The HQ building is new and nice, and there is an app for the company cafeteria that makes eating at your desk convenient.

      Cons

      The business acumen of those in management positions is severely lacking, and there is too much managerial overhead that gets in the way of doing any project. Also, not a good place for women as only the good old boys are in charge and want to keep it that way.

      Pros

      Probably some great folks outside of the headquarters location.

      Cons

      Antiquated systems and a general lack of skilled technology professionals, many leaders of technical teams are not themselves technical, EPMO is a disaster, poor skills and poor tracking of competing resources, avoid HQ if you possibly can. Not at all good for women.
