Very much male dominated at all levels, 2nd and 3rd generation family run resulting in a lack of transparency in company initiatives, very poor communication, old technology stack and stagnant expertise, projects seem to be date driven without respect to the actual capacity to get it done. Meetings, very long meetings are the norm, little to no opportunity for valuable mentors because internal skills are lacking. Too heavily reliant on consultants who are just trying to sell their next gig.

pay is very minimal compared to other similar positions

Very cliquish. If you're in the "in circle" life is great, but otherwise no chance of advancement. Management promotes based on some weird perception of potential but does not consider performance or results. Male and female leaders held to different standards. Women are penalized if they are perceived as "strong". aggressive (female) vs. assertive (male) . Strategy is non existent Company is losing a lot of talent and it's difficult to recruit to Boise

Very much male run, women are constantly talked down to, leadership at most levels are men and respect in the workplace is lacking at times. Also, there is not much respect, in general, for employees as only the family favorites are promoted it seems. Avoid this company if you're smart.

Things have gotten really weird with how they are treating employees. They are finally ending the facial scanning upon entry to the office, but are now forcing people to give their private medical information to their 3rd party app, and it is just off-the-charts weird.

Recently, the company has taken a terrible turn for employees resulting in huge turnover, people are leaving in large numbers, and a very toxic culture that is dismissive of employee needs is continuing to destroy, like a giant tsunami. This is a family run business, and the 3rd generation of the family don't care about their people or human dignity.
