Family run, with family that no longer represents the values of the founder. Avoid, too many reasons to articulate here.

Short commute to work compared to other local industrial jobs.
Cons
Pay is lagging compared to other local employers No options other than High Deductible Insurance plans where premiums are still high (500/month for family) Senior management shows little care or support for employees Not willing to invest capital where needed Fear based leadership No ability to move into senior leadership roles even with outstanding performance records

Better than average pay, but you'll pay a price too.

Very toxic for employees of any skill, leaving those with sub-par skills left behind to concentrate the toxic environment. Not a good place for women.
