Shift work can be hard

Could be better pay, The higher ups are garbage. They don't know what they are doing or care about the employees under them.

NOthing really. it was a nice place to work

No loyalty to hourly employee's. Very little chance of upward mobility. No salary or hourly employees held accountable.

High turn over it seems.

Poor work life balance and rough culture. Overtime is mandatory and goes to the newest people whether they want it or not. This could lead to 6 to 7 straight 12 hr shifts which is 72 to 84 hour weeks on any given week.

Schedule is hard if you have a family

When it comes to raises, they are sticklers, so if you are wanting a certain amount of pay, get it at the beginning, you likely will not get it once you start, raises are minimal. Also, you won't know this without asking. (which can be uncomfortable) but the salary of your position has a huge range. There can be a 30k difference between your job and your co-worker doing the same job. It can be frustrating.

Lower base salary and upward mobility is limited due to degrees and longevity of employees at the company.
