you can be stupid and slow, lazy, you just need to know how to kiss supervisor a-s-s, then you can make mistake.

Absolutely no leeway for being an imperfect human. I understand need for attendance policy but no acception for even one minute late. They say don't come to work sick but then make you use your vacation time for it. Supervisors have favorites.

Too much overtime. New management affected the company negatively. The company does not value their employees

None it is a good job

Toxic. Management does NOT care about employees. Discrimination against those who come in from outside. Manufacturing sites are a mess and put out marginal to poor products.
