Pros

Skype is surely on the leading edge of VoIP software and I feel as they complete their acquisition with Microsoft they will surely benefit many organizations.

Cons

Skype is not a business that is geared towards achieving businesses minded support and product development. There is also no training that is in place to better prepare sales on technical aspects of their products.

When chaos is not such a good thing

Pros

Working environment when I first started was really good and the company thought about it's people. The free breakfasts and lunches were good and "beer o'clock" was really great!

Cons

With the recent changes the company has lost it's 'disruptive and fun' nature and now is just disruptive, and not in a good sense. Too much politics, double standards and unfair processes, particularly in the one team where it counts most!
