Pros

Flexible working hours, ability to work from home (WFH), travel opportunity between London, Prague, Stockholm, San Jose, Tallinn, work with the greatest minds in software in europe, great public perception. Work with some of the greatest tech companies out there as partners. Freedom to innovate. Choice of Mac or PC laptops, free unlimtied worldwide calls, really good benefits. Backing of a large company (and hence good share options)

Cons

Very little experience with real customers, young company (in experienced), wrong people in the wrong positions (as it's a young company), very little processes, offices in seperate countries/cities makes life difficult sometimes.
