Own your responsibilities, not micro managed, behave like a leader and think creatively, so many resources available for support and troubleshooting, very collaborative, ideas and innovations are welcomed, smart CEO with a transparent vision, great culture .

Cons

cons can be found in any company but friendly environment makeup for it.

Great place to work, fast paced and a technology driven environment with ample opportunities to learn and grow. Strong leadership good co-workers.

Cons

Hours can long but very flexible.

Good exposure to the new technologies in the market.

Cons

No Process at all every thing is a CEO decision ( babysitting every employee ). Wrong people management skills ( Dealt at a personal Level ).Gender and Culture Biased. No Kudos or perks or any additional benefits at all.Struggling to get Projects and Sales. All the above feedback is only given by Higher management.
