We wholeheartedly agree - not only are our employees nice, but they’re just the best! While we have had to make some difficult decisions and tough calls over the course of the last year, our leadership team has tried to minimize the instances of layoffs and has set us on a course to avoid needing to make those decisions again. The only pro's left are good employees at rep level

Cons

C-Level, the decisions being made by these staff make the job untenable. Clients have responsed so poorly to recent USM changes that retaining and driving new revenue is becoming less and less achievable. The client's main issues are the way the USM has been deployed and the fact that the 90-day true-up gives them no financial security over budgeting and predicting the software cost.
