Endless opportunities for career growth. SMAR does a great job investing in training resources for their team.

Cons

A bit stuffy at times. If you are looking for an open work environment where collaboration and creativity are at the forefront... this likely isn't the final destination for you. They will provide you with resources to master your skills (at current roles) but there isn't much going on outside of that.
