      Pros

      Good people to work with , working for a SaaS company that the majority of customer generally like your product was nice.

      Cons

      Leadership seemed to have lost sight of what made the company so great to work for when I first started. Over hired and didnt seem to take when the desired outcome wasn’t achieved.. Just sold to PE as an exit stage left strategy.

      Good job, but has micromanagement

      Great experience, both technical and account management Amazing team members Supportive managers

      Cons

      Upper leadership has a twisted view of the TAMs, resulting in micromanagement and time-tracking. You are expected to "sell yourself" to the customer to justify TAM renewals.
