      Big enough to be exciting but small enough to be noticed.

      Might not work for folks used to a lot of bureacracy.

      Terrible Sn Mgmt. Bad Culture. Awful work environment. Overall not a place you want to be.

      Pros

      Learn a lot about industry. Unfortunately not a great training program so you have to dig for the information internally. Some of the people there are good people. Unfortunately none of them are managers or make any decisions.

      Cons

      No Training. Terrible vision for the company. Cut throat sales environment. Mgmt can just take your accounts. Commission is suppose to 10% then Sn Mgmt adds in this formula that nobody understands and then you really get about 7%. CTO is lazy and doesn't put in any effort. COO is never at the office. The owners are not involved. It seems like a sinking ship just relying on a couple of good sales rep to produce for the whole company. Not a place for a long term career.
