Inconsistent Bonus & Raise structure. No consistency on procedures or guidelines. Bonuses are paid based on favoritism, the higher ups get majority of the compensation, the performance reviews don't guarantee any compensation raises even if you receive great scores. They have people is roles without the proper credentials which makes your job harder because more work will get placed on you with no additional compensation. You're expected to work all hours of the day in order to be available for the employees in other Regions. When you interview, they make you think SMITH is the best company ever but once you're in there.... You'll feel belittled by upper management and unappreciated. VPs barge into your office yelling without any professionalism.

Our bonus and pay structure is based on a multitude of factors, most of which are not visible to someone in this former employee’s role. We expect all team members to act with professionalism, respect, and integrity when interacting with their colleagues and representing the company; however, this former employee’s gross mischaracterization of Smith does not reflect these values.

Causal dress code, nice gym, drinks and refreshments.

Cons

poor management, lack of career advancement, terrible training for new employees, if the senior credit analyst doesn't like you-your days are numbered regardless how great you work. Management is very unprofessional and they cannot retain employees in the credit department.
