This place is absolutely clueless. I wouldn't hire the president to run a lemonade stand. This place makes me thankful I didn't grow up in the 60's. Every system in place here is outdated. The communication here is terrible. My boss quit and no one told me for nearly 2 days. It takes hours to open 3D models that should open in seconds and are asked to work overtime to compensate for how inefficient this place is. I feel like working here has set me back in my career.

This company is stuck in the past. Salaried employees have to clock in and clock out, shirt and tie is required for men despite not dealing with anyone outside of the company. The hours are set and offers no flexibility that several other companies offer (i.e. work the hours that you want as long as you get your 8 hours in). Salaries for anyone other than upper management are a joke, several people left for a minimum of a 38% pay raise. The turnover rate is extremely high. Communication between departments is extremely lacking and getting concrete answers regarding projects is very difficult. Upper management is unwilling to do what is needed to retain employees (i.e. better salaries and benefits). With the exception of the health insurance, the benefits are not very good. The profit sharing is negligible, the 401K match is laughable, and the raises from reviews are barely even noticeable. All the while, the company will fight with customers to get an additional $100 from them despite the fact that the customer spent $300,000 on new equipment. Equipment completion deadlines are rarely ever met for one reason or another which leads to very upset customers. I am astonished that the company has lasted this long.
