Meddpicc training, hard working environment, you can learn a ton

Cons

Ridiculous territories and targets since the verticalization in 2022. New joiners have a hard time meeting enterprise targets as all the good accounts are already aligned to the existing AEs and it's an uphill battle to replace a relatively good solution from AWS, Azure, GCP and Databricks.

Pros

Snowflake is an excellent place to learn, drive and thrive in data conversations. The technology is great & marketing investment for vertical sectors is in abundance. If you’re lucky, you can benefit from good mentorship with credible and successful sales people.

Cons

Inexperienced and untenured management supporting specialist verticals has unfortunately been damaging for some of the team’s brands internally and externally - underperformance and lack of strategy. Everything is a fire drill and it is difficult to know what to prioritise with vast numbers of spreadsheets and changing/contradicting expectations.

- great and visionary solution - well driven organisation - awesome for starting a new career

Cons

- AWS, Microsoft and Google are your biggest competitors - very expensive - very kpi driven (calls , pipeline generated and appointments per week) - hands off if you are a senior sales - only very few make their targets
