They're lying to you day one. A lot of the reviews on this site and many others were made up by their tech team. Look at the dates of the reviews on some of the sites. No company has more than 5 positive review written about the company in one day. But this company does. If you choose to interview with this company, just be forewarned that you'll be spending a lot of time and money before you even start to work. You'll have an interview by phone, followed by a physical interview, followed by a 2 hour training orientation, followed by a full day "test drive". These all occur on separate days. The test drive involves you running around the company playing their "investigative detective" game. They try to show you how cool and modern everyone at the company is. They're trying to trick you into thinking that they're something that they're not. Nerf guns, Nintendos, flying drones, and concerts is what they want to show you. They don't you to know about the dreary repetitive work and exaggerated money you're supposed to be making until you're already doing it. When you complete test drive, you'll have to come back again and hear whether or not they're interested in hiring you (but a phone call would have been fine right?). But you're not done. You'll have another 3 days of "orientation" that is basically unpaid training. That's all the real training you get. Because "Bootcamp" is actually just you working more hours than anyone for minuscule pay. There is little guidance and your "trainers" aren't helping you. They describe the job as something that enables you to help people. It does no such thing. You read off of a script more than 25 times a day. You can't go off script, and you can't improvise. You just lie to them. You're not helping anybody get a job, you're just talking to help your company make money. If you don't push to sell them education then you wont get paid above minimum wage. If you can't make the money for the company, they'll fire you. If you have moral issues with what's going on, they'll fire you. If you show up late, they'll make you repeat bootcamp or fire you. If your performance is lacking, they'll fire you. They're not worried about you. Don't believe that they are. They ask you guys to bring up issues or problems with them so that they know they should pay attention to you so they can fire you. They have fired entire bootcamps to save the company money. You are expendable and the job is easy enough to have you replaced. If you don't believe it, pay attention. There are people going through orientation and bootcamp before and after you. They do it all the time because people get fired or quit.

Many of the people running this company ran Three Stars Media! There were massive complaints about Three Stars and the company went through many names. It was a phishing company under the guise of education. They wanted their employees in the dark about what they were doing. If you didn't attend their regularly held drinking parties you were ostracized. I was advised that if you fall in the pool or have an accident "exposure" of your breasts you're more likely to get a promotion. The owner, Difrawi, supposably has quite the criminal record. He gave me the creeps. The whole atmosphere at the company felt inappropriate. I was randomly "laid off" after working there 7 months, because they supposably lost a big client. I was always questioning things, and coworkers were always shushing me fearing spying surveillance everywhere. One time they feared it was in the elevator! I wasn't too surprised when I saw all the top people from Three Stars running Softrock. Softrock has had complaints against them as well. I did not have a silly job in administration or on the caller center. I was part of the IT department. After I was "laid off" I never found work in the field again. I've had to scrap my college degree and previous experience because they're a stain on my background.
