Pros
I came to work at Softdocs nearly two decades ago as the 18th employee. Now over a 130 employees and growing I am proud of my lineage at Softdocs, and excited for the future. From the founding owners Mike Murphy and Robert Satcher to our new CEO Adam Park the common ground has always been both customer and employee success. Adam has taken what our founders built, and enhanced and improved on what was already a great company to work for. Only 2 months months in to Adam's tenure Softdocs saw great success in Sales. Now just over 6 months in to his tenure, and early in the new year, employee's are already reaping the benefits of his leadership.
Softdocs is not only exceptional because of Adam, but the leadership within the Executive Team put in place. All with the same founding principals in mind, making an affordable and scalable product that fits the needs of all current and future customers. A product that helps our customer and their employees. All the while taking care of Softdocs own employees. Building a diverse, inclusive, and nurturing culture.
In closing it is not only the founders and leadership that makes Softdocs such a great company. It is also the team at Softdocs that I am proud to be a part of as well. There are at least 10 others with a tenure either longer or nearly as long as my 19 year tenure. New team members are excited to contribute, and already making an impact their selves. All of us at Softdocs live by our core values set forth by the founders as well as new leadership. As a Team we are building a successful future for customers and employees. All the while keeping an eye on how we got here.
Cons
I can honestly say I have no cons for Softdocs. I will admit I was a little concerned at the start of the investor search process. However Adam Park's leadership as well the investment group have quelled those concerns for me.
