Pros

- Culture built on kindness and inclusiveness - Open door policy with senior management - Diversity of employees - Leadership that values transparency and is open to new ideas - Opportunities for learning and professional development - Remote work and the tools to support it - Flexibility, family friendly, unlimited PTO - Growth mindset from top to bottom

Cons

- With rapid growth comes growing pains - Compensation for some positions may be a bit low - Health benefits are a little pricey for families; however the company has recently added to its contributions

Pros

Softdocs is the kind of company that I’ve been looking for throughout my career. Here, I see a strong emphasis on work-life balance, even more than at the public university where I recently spent more than 8 years. I feel like Softdocs supports its remote workforce quite well, myself being a remote worker. From leadership to those of us working with clients (and that distance is not very large), my experience is that there are way more people at Softdocs who are optimistic about our future and ability to impact our client experiences than any firm I’ve worked with. As a Project Manager, I see internal collaboration among my peers, the consultants (technical and functional), and with the supervisory staff above me in the company. Softdocs walks the talk to a level that exceeds my expectations. My only regret is that I didn’t join Softdocs earlier in my career!

Cons

None - leaders are quick to address challenges that come up and make changes to address them directly.

Pros

Wonderful interview process. They ensured that I was a right fit for the position and that they were a right fit for me. I was impressed with their speed and care when responding and setting up interview rounds. I was not left guessing as to when I would hear back or if I was moving forward. Everyone I have met has been incredibly kind and welcoming to me. They are all eager to work at Softdocs and believe in the mission and values. Christie answered all of my questions prior and during onboarding to ensure that I was set up with the equipment I needed to be a productive remote worker. Part of the workforce is based in South Carolina and the rest is remote. From day 1 I have not felt any different from employees that are at the home-base. Every perk/benefit is the same regardless of where you are located. Receiving my kick-off package was wonderful! Not to mention a food gift card since we weren't in-person. Softdocs makes sure to take care of the big details and the little details. They are also in the process of adding new benefits and updating benefits. The care they have for employees is very evident. The CEO, Adam Park, reached out to me on LinkedIn the day after I was hired to tell me how excited he was for me to join the team. I have felt seen, heard, and valued from even before my first day.

Cons

Still in process of getting some benefits but the executive team is working on it.
