Flexible Scheduling, good working culture.

Cons

Christmas Bonuses were canceled and employees were notified on Dec. 10th.

We're happy to see you enjoy the working culture and flexibility! Though we did not pay out bonuses at Christmas, we are issuing bonuses in early 2022 for those who qualified based on our 2021 company performance. Additionally, we added $1,000 towards 401K contribution for 2022, which is different from the prior year's profit sharing at the holidays. This led to a higher net pay out for employees than years past, though we realize at the time this review was left that had not been fully communicated yet. Hoping you see the positive change now that we've announced plans for 2022.

Pros

Super nice people and small company. Opportunity for growth should be there.

Cons

Chaotic infrastructure including communication platforms, duck-taped code and no improvement in site. Pay is less than competitive. Not family friendly.

Since starting here, we've made huge investments into our product and product roadmap, including an aggressive initiative to address tech debt. In addition, we've already introduced many changes to promote work life balance, and will be adding a ton more to our benefits in the new year. Pros

Strong leadership and management team who are taking tangible steps to improve culture and employee support. The work we do and clients we serve is a major plus too since we're helping higher ed become more efficient. Work is fast-paced but manageable and the team is committed to taking care of its employees. I'm very excited for where this company is headed.

No real cons to share - I'm really enjoying the work, the people, and the company.
