Pros

Staff changes so much it's hard to remember the good ones but we've crossed paths with good reps, managers and leaders during the last few years unfortunately they left or where forced out.

Cons

Crazy high attrition hence my avoid if you can subject folks. It stems from terrible CCO/CRO and ultimately the CEO is responsible for keeping them in power. No sense of direction from leadership, when a challenge comes then its supposed to be "Lets tackle it together" not here, you tend to get thrown under the bus untill you give up and leave or be blamed for another leadership mistake and be the fallperson and get the sack.. oh oh but don't worry it will be for "cost saving" reasons.

Pros

Pros are that there are other sales jobs in Cork that will pay as much if not more. There is life after SW regardless of what the management team in here may tell you

Cons

Where do I start; -The pressure is there to crush you into submission and make you feel as if you don't give everything you got then your job is gone. It's relentless -The strategy/model is laughable, hey try this product we'll give you 50% off and if you don't buy we won't honour the discount... Note to end users and resellers. They will honour the discount every time. This is the Strelo model and it's failed. -There is a culture of firing people under the bus whenever things go wrong. This has led to some really decent, hard working reps, managers and directors being fired. I could go on but I'm starting to get annoyed -Just do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

Pros

free food once a week, used to have good tools.

Cons

The CEO's decision to enforce a three-day office attendance policy and threaten to monitor swipe card access is not helping the business and the team morals . True leadership requires leading by example, yet it seems the CEO and their inner circle are exempt from these rules. It's essential for leaders to uphold fairness and consistency. Everyone should be held to the same standards, without exceptions. It's time for the CEO to demonstrate integrity and apply their own policies uniformly. Employees deserve fair treatment and transparency, not arbitrary mandates and double standards and don’t try to speak to the HR, they won’t do anything but will come at you
