Quite literally, the only remotely positive thing about working for this company is that you may receive substandard compensation for the work that you do under their employ.

Cons

This company has absolutely no consideration or respect for their employees. If you enjoy being low-balled at every turn, or being hired for a permanent position by a director who plans to eliminate your department in 3 months, then this company is highly recommended. Also, if you enjoy working for a director who is utterly oblivious to their responsibilities and what their department actually does, then this company is highly recommended. The only reason that you should even consider working here is if you have nowhere else to go.
