Worst backstabbing IT shop that I ever worked for. This place is hostile, management displays an "Ostrich syndrome" approach to see the storm is going to pass, even if the storm is getting wider and stronger. No respect or appreciation from management regardless of how hard you work to please their clients (Doctors and patients). They lead the assets and manage the employees instead of leading the people and managing the assets. They treat you as if you are a piece of property with an inventory tag on your forehead. If you are a minority, forget it and run away as fast as you can, this is the worst discriminating IT shop that exist on the face of the earth!!

The US CEO is terrible and bullying to his people. Would never report to this person in a million years. So many people have quit because of him. He has verbally abused and attempted to humiliate his employees. It has been witnessed by many.
