The only one I can think of is that you accrue an "Extended Illness Benefit" per paycheck which can be used for surgeries and if you are out of work for more than 5 days.

Extremely dysfunctional company. Management treats employees as if they are children. Instead of addressing people directly, they hide behind mass emails to everyone. to address an issue with 1 person. The emails are rude and disrespectful. People look depressed all the time. They do not encourage business process improvement suggestions from workers. A lot of redundancy in work and morale is extremely low. Unless you are very desperate just to have any job, keep looking. If you are a friendly/outgoing/positive person by nature, you will not last here. It will suck the life out of you
