Pros

The only redeemable characteristic is the fact that I lived close by.

Cons

Management treats front line staff like cattle. Ruthless attendance policy, management freezes transfers to thwart employees who are being harassed by a coworker, forcing them to stay in proximity to the harasser.

Flex schedule, good benefits, opportunity to start if you do not have experience, extra hours because of COVID

Cons

No organization, they do not have a way to train you, you just start to work without any care and I think that this can affect patience seriously because maybe they need their result for emergency and no body tell you how to do it or some process. It will be nice have face mask in the department and no bring my own one, the manager have but we are adults is weird that in a health care place we do not have mask, I worked in other places far away to health care and they gave us mask everyday. If you want to learn this is a good place if you have experience, look in a better place

I worked with some great people over the 5 years I was there.

Cons

No room for growth opportunities. IT Managers are cliquish, you're either in or out. If you're out, don't bother applying for internal positions because they won't interview you.
