      Pros

      Overall the benefits are good and the pay is good too. Ability to work a flex schedule like a 9/80 or four tens is possible in some positions.

      Cons

      Called this review 'old school' because they do not allow even part time telecommuting options. Also enforcing a dress code that includes no jeans and a collared shirt for a cubicle worker is just plain silly.

      Pros

      reasonable salary...some good professionals work there..large projects to work on. good benefits.

      Cons

      very conservative environment for such a young organization...too rigid, some robotic management....takes too long to get things done and buy off from too many people. stifles creativity.
