      Great coworkers, relaxed environment, Amazing benefits, opportunity to get promoted if you work hard. The vibe at Sound Transit is very friendly and professional.

      Cons

      Not much collaboration between departments, people often working in Silos relating to their division. Communication between upper management and employees could be better.
