Pros

The great thing about RSI is that you get to stay inside your community - they choose smaller towns without large tech industries so that tech professionals can find work without having to move or uproot their families.

Cons

The only real problem with the small-town model is that it means you aren't getting paid what you're worth, and you know it; it isn't a secret, and they're very open about their business model.

Pros

Relaxed work environment. Decent benefits. Exposure to many tech fields.

Cons

Low end salaries to attract entry level talent. Got picked up to start a new venture, but it bombed after a year. Got sidelined into a position that I was not trained for, and very little training was provided. Ended up being forced out due to team lead wanting trained personnel.

I haven't been with the company for a long time and have watched it grow in Mobile, but it's a great place to work with great people. The work/ life balance is key and the project we work on are challenging and are for great companies.

Cons

I could make a little more money, but the work life balance makes up for it.
