The company is rapidly expanding and will likely have development centers nationwide within a few years. Opportunity to be exposed to multiple technologies.

Cons

Overall, not a whole lot of cons. Based upon management's perception of market demand, personal preference, or alignment with its strategic objectives, a background in certain technologies will result in a lot more project opportunities than others.

Work/Life balance is the best I've ever seen at any company, usually off by 5 everyday Benefits are good enough to live comfortably in Augusta High profile clients to work for, looks great on a resume Management show appreciation for work done and successful delivery Feel like your part of the RSI family Not micromanaged, work at your own paste as long as clients are happy

Use to more vacation/sick days Overtime policy could be better You won't get rich here, not the model, moderate pay is the standard

Great laid back environment to work in. There is POTENTIAL to advance in the company, and the company is growing rapidly.

Cons

Overtime policy need to be looked at some more. More projects should be assigned where you are using your skills to help you grow in your certain area, and staying up to date with current practices.
