Pros

They will hire anyone with a pulse. They have to.

Cons

This is a trainwreck of a company. They will tell you anything to get you hired, then welch on all of their grand promises. Terrible pay. Terrible benefits. No hope for advancement. Not to mention, their infamous 'no-compete claus' will destroy your life when they inevitably lose their contract. Former posters who talked about how SCSG is " a wonderful place to work " and " keep on encouraging us " are obviously company schills. Totally, laughable. No one who has any history with them would ever say anything like that. Cute tactics SCSG, just another lie. Don't fall for their scam.

Pros

Paycheck is reliable. Opportunities to grow with the business as company expands both nationally and internationally.

Cons

Hard work and long hours. Little time for home life. Difficult to get time off. Benefits getting worse (no more 401K match, worse health insurance each year, no more bonuses, etc). Pay significantly worse than other companies offer, resulting in a mass exodus of employees. Yet, few new hires are made to replace the dwindling work force. Also, new hires are mostly technicians meant to replace doctors. This places patients at risk for injury. Company continues expanding with new contracts and forces employees to work longer hours to maintain business. Corporate is completely out of touch.

Pros

Some nice co-workers. Direct payroll deposit seems to work fine, decent hotels while traveling.

Cons

No advancement or additional training opportunities, if any, it is on paper only. Useless education allowance, you will never find the time to actually use it. Constant schedule changes disguised as flexibility. Ad hoc travel required because of short staffing and colleagues quitting nationwide. The paperwork will drive you insane. Performance reviews conducted by demeaning and arrogant "leaders"
