Business Outlook
Pros
On-board training as an introduction to the industry and state laws related to HOA management. Camaraderie within CM department and support of peers. Ability to learn a lot about a lot of different things - including legal. Ability to work independantly and create relationships. Company events are fun and ability to get paid for volunteering.
Cons
Low reimbursement for mileage and cell phone service. Too much focus on structuring departments with supervisors and managers instead of concentrating on the work that needs to be done. Constant turnover in operational departments makes it difficult to get stuff done when someone is always learning or training. Preference of males in executive level positions.
