Pros

We have great leaders here who recognize talent within the company and also employees who cause drama and disrupt the wonderful culture we have created. At times a few bad apples get in and then when they misbehave, and are reprimanded, they go to glass door and right nonsense. I have worked here for over 4 years and have seen many changes in the organization that tell me the company is on the right track for success. We have the right mix of talent now, to lead us into the future. Our growth has been astounding in the last few years, and I would say that 99% of our employees would tell you what an amazing place this is to work. I do not know of many companies out there that offer a better work life balance, freedom to express yourself, take time off when needed, while others cover for you, teams that support each other and managers that listen to your concerns and ideas. I can't imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

Employees that stay when they are not happy, and then hide behind the Internet by writing negative reviews. Anyone reading them should ask the other 99% of our employees about their experiences. That is the reason we have been voted NINE times in a row, one of the best places to work. They know the truth....

Management is fighting for the team and really making progress on tools and programs. Great colleagues. Nice trusting working environment.

Cons

The cons is dealing with homeowners who have received fines and listening to their yelling.
