Pros

Its a great place to springboard into what you really want to do.

Cons

No internal promotions Pay is low Very clickish. If you are not in the inner circle you will never get ahead. This is a job not a career Ideas are not welcome Management really doesnt care about anyone Lies about job scope and benefits during hiring Business is based on milking people for late fees and taking their homes Management makes it known you can and will be replaced at their whim. Over worked, under paid. Management sets you up for failure by telling you to lie to clients.

Pros

This is a company that truly cares about people, and it shows. Growing company; opportunity for advancement. Management is making strides toward improving processes, benefits, culture, technology, etc. Recently-remodeled office space is stylish, comfortable, and contributes to a nice work atmosphere. Location is convenient. Management listens and really tries to place employees in positions that are fitting for them. Very positive outlook! They offer generous paid time off, as well as volunteer hours; they care about the local community. I have recommended this employer to friends and former colleagues.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any "cons" at this time - so much has improved since I started here! It would be great if benefits increased, but it would be unfair for me not to mention that they are currently working on that, and I trust this will come to fruition soon.

Pros

Most people are very nice Co-workers for the most part always willing to help Able to celebrate each other's birthdays and accomplishments Upper management approachable

Cons

Management staff is questionable. Lacking leadership skills in several departments. Due to large growth in short time I think the company focus has shifted from the original vision. Basic computer equipment. The callback in 24hrs is not obtainable for most.
