3yWe are appreciative of all feedback and use the information to evaluate our processes making improvements where opportunities exist. We are a bit baffled by elements within this review and are wondering if you have the correct Spectrum. We do not have an "acting president" nor do we have "legacy leaders". The president position has been filled by the same individual for more than five years. The vast majority of our team views our president as someone who cares immensely about team members and the work we do, is passionate about embracing innovative thought processes and has an appropriate expectation that we deliver on what is promised. We know we're lucky to have this and are saddened to hear this wasn't your experience with the organization you reference. We do wish you well in your future endeavors.
