I love working here at Crestview for Spectrum Retirement Communities! It is a fun and friendly environment here. I love the residents and being able to add positivity to their lifestyle. I feel supported in my position from all aspects of management. The managers really care about their employees and they are always there to help when needed!

Cons

Sometimes you work on Saturday---not really a con but the only part of my job that doesn't bring me joy :)
