The opportunity to build lifetime relationships with residents

Cons

Management is careless, clueless, unprofessional, disrespectful, and disregards every comment and concern you have regarding your work place. At my specific facility I took pride in my job and did everything I possibly could in order to make the environment positive and uplifting, I took on countless extra shifts and came in without any notice countless times. I was never appreciated, I was looked down on, mocked, and quite frankly treated as thought I was less than human. In the end I loved this job and thought of it as a second home but dietary was so poorly ran it drove me away.

I have been working with Spectrum for about 6 months and I can say I have not had a dull moment while working here. Great atmosphere and great team members across all locations. Spectrum is currently in a growth phase that carry many changes but positive changes which I really enjoy. I joined the Spectrum Family at a perfect time during its growth phase, fast pace with room for career and knowledge growth.
