Upper management listens and works hard to keep their communities competitive which in turn passes though benefits onto the residents who are then able to enjoy a higher quality of living.

Cons

Honestly the only bad thing about my experience with spectrum with dealing with the E.D. at my location. She neither respected me as an individual, as an employee or the time I put into my job.

Really enjoy it here. Good people, good entrepreneurial environment where I can make a difference every day.

Cons

Some growing pains since the senior living sector is growing so rapidly which is essentially a positive to be a part of it.
