Pros

New accounting software package that talks with all of the other departments involved with a "rent/room/board/maintenance of a facility. The community that I am involved has a dedicated leadership team. We are a smaller community which is very manageable and more involved.

Cons

Because we are a smaller community, we are not able to budget for all of the caregivers we need.

Pros

Residents are great to interact with, free meal

Cons

As a salary employee I worked 55 hours scheduled. Lots of sexual harassment in the kitchen and the director of dinning allows it and contributes. Pay rate to be a server is a joke.

Pros

Company culture is outstanding - feels like a 2nd family and they really seem to care about their people. I've been lucky with an amazing leadership team and a company that supports growth!

Cons

I really cannot complain about a thing - I love it here!
