It's About Making Money/ Smoking on Balcony/ High Turnover

Pros

Free espresso and cookies and a meal a day. Seniors who are in the retirement age that seek fun and creating fun for them. Environment is fancy and decor' is nice. The food is a pro.

Cons

One room smelled of cigarette smoke. Smoking designated areas for safety however, a resident continually smoking on the balcony or in room and no body is really reinforcing rules strong enough. What if they burn the building down with others because the Senior's memory is faulty? Micromanagement, high turnover there especially with Concierges. Sometimes they do things at the last minute and are ill-prepared for the next day's happenings.

Great team atmosphere. Spectrum truly cares about it's Activity and Life Enrichment programs. The Colors of Spectrum program is a great way to reach residents and their families.
