      Pros

      I absolutely love this population of people. They have been through it all in life and I have learned so much from them to make my life better. The company is very organized and clear about what they expect. I have more freedom here.

      Cons

      I can't keep them happy and healthy forever. It is very hard to lose a resident. They become like a family to me.

      Pros

      Brand new community offering flexible hours, free employee meals, and decent pay for part-time. The majority of the staff are friendly and fun to work with. Management is approachable and responsive. This is my first job working with the elderly and it's been very rewarding.

      Cons

      As with any new community, there are some kinks to work out but management appears to be working hard to get things right. It takes some time to get used to the different personality types of the residents/family members but overall they are good people and appreciate the work we do for them.
