Pros

Great Corporate office that offers a lot of support and provides excellent training. Great co-workers and team that are always willing to support each other and help out. Company encourages promoting with-in and has opportunities for advancement. Our communities look beautiful, and our apartments are very spacious and we have great variety. We have a lot of tools to help sell and market! The staff are very caring towards the residents. Great health care benefits and PTO.

New building, dealing with growing pains.

Pros

Spectrum Retirement believes in promoting from within and the benefits are great! I have been with Spectrum for over 2 years and it is the best company I have worked for. My team members are fantastic and the work environment is friendly and open. I have experienced great communication and team work across all departments. Spectrum also has a strong focus on continuing training and works hard to ensure all team members have more than adequate training.

Cons

I can't think of anything, it is truly a great company that believes in it's team members.

Pros

Staff is nice and helpful. Everyone works like a team and we care about the residents. Lots of opportunity for growth with this company. Management is extremely nice and supportive.

Cons

Hourly full time benefits could be better and more affordable but the PTO is generous.
