Pros

Great benefits, solid people, management for me was awesome, earned awesome hours and the wage was solid for someone just breaking into the field.

Cons

Management could get very nit picky, lots of middle management can cause headaches for workers, lots of changes due to the acquisition ( I worked in BHN area), the work is very boring. Same calls 50 times a day is easy but mind numbing. When I was there it was also very mentally draining as you got yelled at quite a lot because of other agents dropping the ball or the company's service was failing the consumer. They might not be yelling at you personally but having to "let it burn out" was not fun.
