Pros

Great benefits. Paid holidays. Company matched 401k, plus another company sponsored retirement plan. Rewards programs, sick pay, personal days, flight discounts. Three day weekend schedule. The list goes on. Easy interview passed a drug test and background check. Training is very thorough and lasts 5 weeks.

Cons

None yet that I can see although I haven't been here long.

Pros

Great benefits, great starting pay, great training program. Everyone in my pod was awesome and there were lots of great friendly competitions between pods.

Cons

Call center work. Also HR is really awful if you get sick before your first year is up. You cannot get in touch with supervisors directly because it's an inbound call center, which makes giving references to this company really hard.
