Pros

Co workers are very helpful, pension plan, shift differential, sick time and personal days after 90 days and vacation days after 6 mths.

Cons

Due to the merger, alot has changed, charter is tight with money so alot of team events have ended, insurance benefits suck, used to have casual dress codes now business casual, used to be able to transfer to another position after 6 mths now have to wait a year. Used to get cable services for free now have to start paying for equipment and downgrading the internet service now longer offering home security system to employees, the list goes on and on, im seeking other employment...used to love coming to work but every week something is changing.

Pros

Good team atmosphere, decent benefits, and full time work. Overtime available for those who want it. Many scheduling options available.

Cons

Members of management are generally unavailable. Senior representatives need to be more knowledgeable. Training period is long, but doesn't fully prepare you for active work.
