Pros

- Got to work with many wonderful people! Patients and Coworkers alike! - Felt more like a family rather then just some other job. - Had the opportunity to learn more about how the human body moves and get on the job experience.

Cons

- Pay could be better.

Pros

Can't think of anything, yet!!

Cons

Not enough help for such a busy location, I informed my concerns to management and didn't do anything about it.

Pros

Great Culture and core values and overall feel management team cares about what they do and making the best patient experience. Love the billing team and most of the staff is wonderful including upper management. Company growth seems to be allowing more diverse job opportunities.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive for tenure or within the market. Over 10 years as an employee and still only 120 hours of PTO and only 40 Hours of sick time to use for the entire year before you start to get points. Against attendance. Health insurance is with a company no one’s heard of so many doctors don’t want to take it. They promote work Life balance but still Refuse to even consider hybrid work models so it’s difficult to keep staff when they can go elsewhere and start out at more than a long time employee is making.
