      Pros

      There are some great nurses, pcas, doctors and managers. Departments vary of course but the department I'm in has a great manager and the nursing staff gets along well and help each other. Overtime is possible to get if you want it. Health insurance isn't bad. Your orientation is 3 months which is good. Easy to transfer to another department after your 1 year of employment.

      Cons

      Again, departments can vary. There are some managers that aren't as easy going as mine, the pay is low and the patient can be a challenge. There are periods in the year where the whole hospital is understaffed and you can feel it.

      Always short on supplies, unreliable equipment (dynamaps, mobile work stations)

      Pros

      I am a nurse here. Some people who wants to be a nurse thinks that it's easy money! Especially our newbies everywhere wants to be on the top already. Y'all need to earn it, you need sacrifice and passion and mostly you need to love what you are doing.

      Cons

      Not really understaffed but people keep calling out because they have no love for their work.
