Pretty good, Pay is not great for behavioral health

They have great benefits, offer training to advance your medical career, and in general provide a very positive upbeat work environment.

Cons

For behavioral health services they have a relatively small program that leaves little room for advancement. They pay is somewhat competitive but still is low compared to similar positions at upstate.
